The music was so loud in the restaurant, my order of 2B meal was wrong as well as an extra fries. I've called four times and its obvious nobody can hear the phone.

Happens every time - I usually always come thru the drive thru but seems like every single time I go to this "Fast Food Restaurant", its anything but fast. When I try to get my order, I usually tell the employee who's working the drive thru what I want, easy right, but they always get confused and after I'm done telling them about three times what I would like, its like 5 minutes have passed trying to get a morning sandwich with a coffee, simple. So why does it take SO long to go thru this drive thru and many many times I get people who don't understand what they're offering, that's the biggest frustration when the employees say "what" or "I don't understand" and then it has to go to the manager I'm assuming, who clearly understands what I'm saying. This is one McDonalds I would easily say, get ready for a non-fast food restaurant, because by the time your order gets in, you'll be there stressed. The last person who helped me was so bad, and he was working in the evening late at night and had a big mustache, didn't get his name but it was so bad that I had to go into the store where they were playing loud Mexican music, after spending 5 minutes at the drive thru and he still didn't get what I was asking. Happily the manager - Cathy, was so helpful seeing that I was a bit stressed and upset that she made it easy for me and didn't ask a lot of questions, thank goodness for people like her, who clearly understand when all we want is a simple burger and fries that shouldn't take 10 minutes in a fast food place. This is one place would say if you go there, get ready for the wait and people who just don't get it.
