But an angel (another assoc) heard us, came to us and with a smile offered to make me another one on the house. it was very nice from her even I offered to pay for the new burger, but the guy said they will charge me anyway (?), I gotta say that mixed info confused me, but I said to myself "whatever, I don't mind paying for another burger as long as they got it right". So, he told another assoc to ring me (she seemed a little overwhelmed) and just after I paid the smiling lady came with my burger, she noticed that I just paid and communicated with the manager to waived the charge in order to make it right. Kudos to her customer advocacy. The mamager was super quick and nice and took care of the misunderstanding in no time. Also, the bottle lemonades that they gave us where expired but they quickly swapped them to good ones. (It will not hurt to peridodically check what is on display) Overall, I give them 4 due to their willingness to advocate their customers despite the miscommunication and errors. That coffee shake was killer!
