  I’ve walked in and been ignored (first time that I’ve been in an establishment where a worker looks right at me waiting for my pre-ordered items and continually ignores me), so I use the drive-thru. Unfortunately the latte quality is hit or miss, I’m going to start going to the local Zi Pani next to Weis for better, more affordable coffee. 10/10 recommend the same for anyone else who has had a disappointing experience.

  I just left this Dunkin' location on Opossum Drive, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience, a common issue I've encountered here. When ordering coffee with cream and sugar, it seems hit or miss whether the sugar is actually added or if it's properly stirred. Today, I drove off only to realize down the road that both of my coffee drinks were improperly made – essentially no sugar, leaving them tasting completely off. Having to turn around and go back through the drive-thru is an inconvenience, especially when you're just trying to grab a quick coffee. When I returned, as soon as I pull up, they seemed to instantly know why I was back and immediately offered me stirring sticks. It's almost as if they're aware of the problem. If I'm supposed to stir it myself, why not provide the sticks with the initial order? To make matters worse, after I stirred the coffee I still found no actual sugar taste, I asked them to add sugar. Which obviously came back overloaded, as if my request was an inconvenience to them. Honestly, if you're looking for consistent quality and proper preparation of your coffee try a different location.

  I've only been here twice this year and both times the breakfast sandwich was cold. Today, the sausage patty was slightly warm, but the croissant and the bacon was room temperature and the cheese was refrigerator cold. This was not during a busy time, they had plenty of time to cook the whole sandwich in the quick oven. Instead, all cold except the sausage was probably under a warmer and there's likely a bunch of health code violations here. It's completely unacceptable, and based on all the reviews from this year, it's likely due to poor management, poor ownership, and poor training. The staff seem perfectly friendly in the drive through, and I've never been inside. Do yourself a favor and go to one of the many other locations in the area. The only reason this location is still open is because it's next to a hospital.

  Loaded Hash browns were not loaded at all like pictured, false advertisement I paid $6 for this?!
