The order was taken correctly, and my drinks and munchkins were waiting on the counter for 5 minutes while I sat at the drive thru waiting for the guy a woman to stop talking to each other long enough for him to hand my items out to me. Other than that, everything I got was exactly how it was supposed to be.

While the issue wasn’t her fault, she took ownership and addressed it and you don’t find that all the time I still have an issue with corporate, but this store handled things well.

I went here recently to give it another shot and they have the same attitude they are not friendly at all. Very disappointing! They do have good coffee and donuts but it's not worth dealing with their poor attitude! I'll spend my hard working money and go to Starbucks where they are friendly!
