- SCSoraya Carr6 days ago5.0I had an issue with my drink that I purchased on a mobile order and I had to request a refund from corporate who was absolutely no help and despite that being the process Martha, who works at this location after her getting unhelpful outreach from corporate, was able to fix the situation for me, which I appreciate. While the issue wasn’t her fault, she took ownership and addressed it and you don’t find that all the time I still have an issue with corporate, but this store handled things well.

I went here recently to give it another shot and they have the same attitude they are not friendly at all. Very disappointing! They do have good coffee and donuts but it's not worth dealing with their poor attitude! I'll spend my hard working money and go to Starbucks where they are friendly!
