    If I could give yall 0 for this morning I absolutely would. I come here quite frequently, mainly the drive thru. Told her a frozen caramel coffee, no extra toppings besides whip cream cause sometimes they add cinnamon for no reason. She asked about 3x what coffee I wanted & I repeated the same thing each time. I get up to the window, get my food then try to give me this mocha coffee? The boy at the window is who see’s be ALL THE TIME I understand you deal with customers all the time and may not remember people, but the young boy for sure remembers me 98% of the time cause my orders are always consistent. and when the drink came out wrong he did not correct the girl that made the order… I told him, “this isn’t caramel ,” he was like “that’s caramel” when I can very clearly see that it’s mocha syrup. On top of that he didn’t attempt to fix it or offer to. Stop having kids or people who haven’t learned everything run your drive thru especially cause this is not the first time they add stuff into my drink I don’t need. A frozen caramel coffee is never that hard. I always say don’t add extra stuff. The ticket on it even says caramel…where and who said MOCHA/CHOCOLATE ??

    Went to drive thru today to get a medium coffee, A cocoa mocha iced coffee, and a box of munchkins and the drive thru went seamlessly until I got up to the window. The order was taken correctly, and my drinks and munchkins were waiting on the counter for 5 minutes while I sat at the drive thru waiting for the guy a woman to stop talking to each other long enough for him to hand my items out to me. Other than that, everything I got was exactly how it was supposed to be.

    I had an issue with my drink that I purchased on a mobile order and I had to request a refund from corporate who was absolutely no help and despite that being the process Martha, who works at this location after her getting unhelpful outreach from corporate, was able to fix the situation for me, which I appreciate. While the issue wasn’t her fault, she took ownership and addressed it and you don’t find that all the time I still have an issue with corporate, but this store handled things well.

    This Dunkin’ is giving the brand a bad name. The staff never greets anyone and always look unhappy. The food is either cold or burnt, and the coffee often tastes watered down. Really disappointing for my neighborhood location.
