Twice by the cashier & twice by other staff. Until they asked me for my receipt. They made the order that was never made wrong. Clearly bickering & joking in the back I patiently stood there. (Christmas eve) over 8 employees & not one knew what the other did. Going at it back & forth on who’s fault it was me being bilingual understood it all. Completely unacceptable.

The only issue was that there was 1 young man doing it ALL. Trying to keep up with the orders, trying to get customers out satisfied, just trying his best but noticeably overwhelmed. I’d have to say management really missed the mark with staffing, but kudos to that gentleman holding it down.

She’s such a bright light every time I walk in! Always smiling, always friendly, never with an attitude no matter how busy it gets. She takes her time with people, even helping if you’re struggling with the app, and somehow still manages to juggle everything when the line is out the door. One day, another Dunkin’ messed up my favorite drink. I told Yogesh honestly what happened, and without hesitation she remade it just so I could leave happy. That small act really showed me how much she cares about her customers. It’s little things like that — the patience, the kindness, the way she runs things so smoothly — that make her stand out. Honestly, Yogesh deserves recognition (and probably a manager role if you ask me). She’s definitely the A-team. This review is long overdue, but I just wanted to say thank you, Yogesh, for always starting my mornings off with kindness and a smile. 🌸
