First off the bagel was chewing and was unable to eat it must have been microwaved and was not toasted at all but was warm total garbage I took one bit and tossed it out the window for bird food very disappointed and $4.00 down the drain should have drove back but I had to get to work you would think how could you mess up a toasted bagel with cream cheese so live and learn do not order a bagel from this location!!!

The drive-thru line was chaotic, and the employee at the window — a young gentleman — was unprofessional, visibly confused, and lacked basic customer service awareness. When I received my order, he handed me a small bag with only my hash browns and my drink. I waited for the rest, assuming my avocado toast was still being prepared. Instead, he turned to me with an attitude and asked, “What are you waiting for?” I replied that I was missing my avocado toast, and he questioned whether it was “in the bag” — despite the fact that the tiny bag clearly couldn’t fit the box for avocado toast. He turned around, and sure enough, my order was sitting right behind him the entire time. The issue wasn’t just the mix-up, but the lack of attentiveness and professionalism. A simple check or polite question would have prevented the whole interaction from feeling so dismissive. Hopefully management provides better training, because this type of service really diminishes the Dunkin’ experience.
