  Went in tonight to pick up a mobile order and the worker was rude and no help. Just said order was not in system and could do nothing. Even after i showed her the receipt on the DQ app and she looked at it for a couple minutes. And nothing. Worse experience ever .

  Went there recently with my family. I know we cause quite a ruckus with our small army (7 children) but the staff was more than excellent in helping us. The manager Rey deserves a special thank you from us, making the kids laugh and made our order lightning quick. The ice-cream was delicious, we most definitely will be returning!!! Thank you DQ Team!!

  Somehow this is their Reese's Oreo blizzard- with no Oreo in it at all and a few bites of Reese's. Their blizzards are so expensive but poor quality both times we have gone. They also did not flip them either time.

  I went through the drive thru and nobody answered, then I pulled over by the window a I saw a blond young girl she saw me as well because she made eye contact with me but continued to ignored me. She continued putting bags in the trash cans and cleaning one of the machines. There was another girl inside, who saw me as well. It was so bizarre because if they had an issue, a normal person would have come to the window and let me know. The sign that was displayed at the window said they were opened, which I believe because the time was 4:45pm. After 8 minutes of being ignored I left. Very disappointed in the staff of this store.
