  I ordered take out through the app for 4 items and went to the store 15 minutes later at the assigned pick up time. There was maybe 1 customer in the store so the employees on the line were standing around not doing anything so I assumed my food was already prepared. I asked about my order and was told it wasn't ready yet. Then the app showed a notification that my food was ready so I asked again but it seemed like they had just started preparing it at the time of updating their system to manipulate their metrics to show proper food prep times. I had to wait 20 minutes more before my 4 burritos were ready. Its a shame that I made the mistake of tipping in the app at the time or order because this level of service did not warrant any tip whatsoever. Unlikely to return.

  I ordered for a work lunch meeting 2 hours in advance and the food was not ready on time. They started scrambling to put it together when I walked in for pick up. The order was poorly packed and all the lunches were squashed. Salsa and chimichuri sauce leaked all over. There were barely any chips in the “large” bag. Did not hear me about food allergies and making sure the food was marked. HIGHLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE ALLERGY LIABILITY. This was my second bad experience at this chipotle. Last time they forgot part of my order. Will not be ordering for work from here again.

  Waited in line for 20 minutes… the brown rice was not cooked. It was literally crunchy and cold. The chicken tasted weird. There were 4 people working the food line and it was so slow, like no one knew what they were doing. My friend got qauc and the scoop was about 1 tablespoon with a half of an avocado not mashed. This isn’t the first time the service and quality sucked.

  The ultimate problem in this store is the manager david, he is a mess. I literally recorded him making a bowl instead of and four other employees making a bowl for david.Instead of making customers' bowls, there was no one in the store.So when I went to record him and called about, he tried to call the police on me and kicked me out of this store all because I was trying to record him.Because why are you doing that?I will never be back there.Believe me, do not ever worry.I will never step foot in my ever ever again

  We've been having issues with this location and are unable to reach anyone to address it in a satisfying manner. First, for some reason, the app keeps converting my burrito bowl into a burrito. I ask for extra beans and lite rice-in the burrito, I'm given little beans and tons of rice. There's almost no chicken in it. Like, it's bizarre. I cut my burrito in half to make it into a bowl and there's like four pieces of chicken. Tons of rice, though :( Additionally, I paid for guac in my burrito and this last order it was not included. When I attempt to call the Urbana location, I can't get anyone in the store (or even a human) and the AI voice will not connect me to customer service and is ill equipped to deal with order issues (it directs you to website/app). On the app, The little AI robot refused to refund me. Instead I'm given a "reward" of a side of guac on my account that if I don't redeem in a certain amount of time will expire. I don't want a random side of guac. I want my guac included in the meal I ordered, and if that's not possible, refund me, at a minimum, the $2.25 cost of the guac. So, they're super stingy on the protein as others have mentioned on previous reviews. I'm unable to be refunded the guac I paid that they forgot to include, and the app keeps converting my bowls into burritos. I guess that saves them money because they can put more rice and less meat/beans in the burrito and you don't realize it until you open it up?
