Maybe I walked in at the perfect time, Saturday evening around 6pm, but all of the sides were very fresh and seasoned well which is something I haven’t experienced in a while at Chipotle in general. The steak however was salty and the original server tried to give me 5 pieces lol. Thankfully I made a comment and the next server put a proper amount. Friendly staff, give them a chance and be vocal.

I asked for a refund so I could just go inside and order. They told me no just drive around building and they will work on it. I went inside. There were two workers standing at front counter waiting for customers and then two at register. So my recommendation would be perhaps have the front workers help fill online orders when they are not busy. They just stood and looked at me while the workers in drive through frantically tried filling orders.

It’s never efficient, two staff members stood in front of me talking for a few minutes until I asked if someone could ring me up and he didn’t acknowledge what I said and called someone from the back to do it. It’s just terrible service which is ashamed because it’s a nice location.
