  Went in twice in the same day, Monday, March 3rd 2026'. The first time, I tried to order a chicken biscuit for my wife when leaving to take with me. They told me they didn't have any ready after I ordered and paid and that it would be another five minutes. I request a refund and the mangera processes it. .I come back an hour later on the way back from my appointment. And ask for 3 chicken biscuits and pay. I go to the bathroom and come back, and again they tell me I need to, wait five more minutes to cook chicken biscuits. Do they ever have food ready here?

  You know how your favorite part about having to call the bank or the phone company is spending 10 minutes talking to a computer before a person decides you are important enough to interact with? Well now Bojangles has made sure you get to have all of the frustrations of that IRL while you order your food at the drive through. Really gives you the annoying experience of wasting more time than is necessary while a poorly implemented computer program forces you to specifically ask for a "Bo's Chicken Sandwich" because "crispy" is just too much for it to handle. Food was ok I guess? It tasted... Fine ... I was worried that the one sauce I was allowed to have wouldn't be enough but luckily the chicken strips are very small so I didn't run out. The staff was nice enough. I would maybe give it another shot if I didn't have to go through that drive through experience again. There are like 3 better places to get chicken within 2 minutes of this place.

  Great Biscuits! The sausage gravy is also yummy! I also enjoyed the BO-Berry Biscuit & Sausage! They have Cheerwine at the fountain!!!! Thank you for the great service!

  I recently tried Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits, and overall, it was just okay. The fried chicken was decent, nothing special. The chicken sandwich had way too much mayo, which overpowered the chicken's flavor. The mac and cheese was very plain and had too much starch, making the texture and taste disappointing. The fries were especially hard to enjoy because they were overloaded with seasoning. They had way too much spice, and I honestly couldn’t finish them. Overall, the food wasn’t terrible, but it lacked balance and flavor. I was hoping for better based on the reputation.

  First time being at a Bojangles in a long time. It was an excellent experience food was better than the ones I had been to in the past. Highly recommend it friendly staff, quick service, clean establishment you can see back in the kitchen.
