  hello, here I am, saying the word. Since you’re eager to help me, my whole order was completely wrong and i have yet to receive a refund even though this order is now a month old. no support received anywhere even though i’ve tried 10+ times! probably a new record for the worst nonexistentcustomer service. to everyone reading this review, watch the owner ignore this.

  I used to have bojangles a good amount but recently it has gone down hill. The staff has a lot of attitude here at this location and there was a hair in my food. I do not think I would return again.

  do not expect any type of help if something goes wrong with your delivery order through the bojangles app. I have submitted 3 refund requests and 2 feedback forms since december 8th for my order. i have gotten absolutely no reply or refund from anyone. better yet, the owner will ignore your review and conveniently reply to the one above yours continuing to provide no help. until i receive the refund ive been waiting on since the 8th for my completely wrong order, i have no problem continuing to express my negative experience and disappointment through reviews on here and possibly contacting anyone and everyone higher up since all of my efforts of trying to reach someone and get a refund have obviously been blatantly ignored.

  very disappointing customer service and food experience. i ordered food for delivery and my whole order was incorrect. i got nothing i ordered or paid for. i submitted 2 refund requests on the bojangles website for this location and a guest experience survey 3+ weeks ago and no one has gotten back to me. the customer service is nonexistent i guess yet i see the owner is replying to some reviews on here asking what could have been better about their experience. what could have been better about my experience is if someone actually got back to me and i didn’t have to write this. someone from this location needs to get back to me about giving me a refund via email or don’t even email me at this point and just give me a refund for order #40071136644431872

  Bojangles absolutely crushed it. The service was incredibly fast, and somehow the food still came out piping hot, which already puts them miles ahead of a lot of fast food spots. The chicken was fantastic—crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Honestly, it was way better than KFC. No contest. You can tell it’s fresh and seasoned right, not greasy or bland. Now the biscuits… wow. These are hands-down the best fast food biscuits I’ve ever had. They were super hot, perfectly crunchy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and loaded with that rich buttery flavor. The kind of biscuit you don’t even need to add anything to because it’s already perfect on its own. On top of all that, they have Cheerwine, which is easily one of the best drink choices out there and just seals the deal. Between the fast service, hot and delicious food, incredible biscuits, and top-tier drink options, Bojangles completely delivers. If you’re debating where to go for fast food chicken, this is the spot. I’ll absolutely be back.
