It was dark in the industrial park and I could hardly find them but I was persistent . It is not for Dine in , So those that complained about that I could understand the argument . Tonight the whole place was full of smoke workers had some floor fans on to reduce all smoke around, they were coughing a lot and the whole atmosphere was bad... I came in to enter my order really quick. The first screen I was using, it wasn't working. so, I have to move to the other one. I quickly placed my order. I was trying to get out of the restaurant because I started coughing a lot due to my asthma. I always order the Surf and Turf tacos, but went I got home I realized they gave me 3 orders of rockfish tacos instead (which it's no ok because 2 people in my house are allergic to Tilapia) We won't be able to eat those tacos. I realized I ordered those by mistake, but it was because of me trying to get out of the restaurant quickly. The lady even gave me the order outside because they noticed I couldn't stand up inside. Really bad experience, all staff are nice and professional but definitely management should do better. Employees should not be force to work under this conditions. Big Papi's needs to do something to fix that issue.
