I arrived at 8:52 p.m. while the store was supposed to close at 9:00 p.m. The employees refused to come on the intercom, and when they finally did, they claimed they were already closed. When I asked what time they closed, I was told “around 9 p.m.” — which made no sense since it wasn’t even 9 yet. I was then told they “don’t have anything,” can’t make anything, and that I couldn’t even get a drink. When I asked if I could order without a drink, the employee responded rudely and dismissively, saying “Well what do you want?” This location clearly doesn’t care about customers, closing early while still being openly rude and unprofessional. If you don’t want to serve people during posted business hours, change your hours. Completely unacceptable.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
