  I was at the front of the store at 11:15AM today 04/27/26 , and the inside of the store was advertised as opened at 10:30AM. I attempted to walk in with my two kids and an employee stopped me from walking in and rudely said “can you not come in, I’m cleaning!” I responded and told her “it says you’re open.” She replied “I know but I just came in and no one has been here so no, you cannot come in.” Haven’t felt this unprofessionalism in a long time. But I’m not surprised. Doubt Dairy Queen will even see this review. I just went to Chil Fil A instead. Doubt I’ll be back again at this location. Disgusting behavior. The kids that work at the location behave better than that lady did.

  I must have been coming to this DQ locations for the past couple of decades nearly every week to buy Blizzards. The service is always friendly (mostly). That said, about one in every three cups that I've received through the drivethru is short on volume. This happens so consistently, I felt it was time to post this review, because I'm beginning to suspect it's intentional to save a few cents on each order. The Blizzards often only have the fillings (Oreos, Reece's, etc.) only seem to be in the top couple of inches of the cup and the mixing is poor to non-existent. Normally, I just let it go. Tonight took the cake (excuse the pun). I was handed a medium Blizzard with a small size amount of ice cream. There was a full inch of space from the level of the contents to the cup's lip. For the first time, I felt obliged to hand it back. For the first time, I feel similarly obliged to leave a review. I hope it might spur this local DQ's management to do better. Now, will I be back? Yes. It's the only DQ location anywhere near to my home, and a small franchise business, which I want to support, but I'll be keeping an eye on my order and will be handing it back. Let's see how things go over the next couple of months.

  Not a good DQ for blizzards. They didnt flip it for one, and it was completely un mixed. Then there was chocolate sauce all over the top and all the toppings (which were only about 4 pieces of cookie dough) were just sitting in a shallow layer. Middle to bottom had completely unmixed, melted ice cream with zero mix ins.
