- CCCharmaine Campbell5 days ago1.0I don't eat at Chipotle because its a franchise that's gone downhill. My kids were begging me for food from there so I went but honestly I'm not coming back. They were out of many items. 2 people in line with me walked away because it's so bad with the lack of selection. Then they up charged me on chips because they didn't have regular size bags. The girl at the register gave me attitude when I was asking for the thing that were part of the kids meal order. I had to ask for extra on the rice and beans because they barely poor a scoop of each into my regular bowl order I am a petite person but it's not up to the staff to decide how much food I get. And last of this mess is that the black beans tasted like they had been pooped out of a can, no salt, no flavor. For the same price I should have gone to Lime Chicken that in the neighborhood and serves way better food and service. Keep it up Chipotle.

And, you charge $1 extra for the dressing?? My husband's burrito was larger than my salad. I am grateful I had lettuce to cut up and add to it to make it an actual salad! I had steak added to it and several pieces of the steak were so fatty and chewy, they were inedible. I won't be ordering from them any time soon! I will go to Cafe Rio instead.

Maybe I walked in at the perfect time, Saturday evening around 6pm, but all of the sides were very fresh and seasoned well which is something I haven’t experienced in a while at Chipotle in general. The steak however was salty and the original server tried to give me 5 pieces lol. Thankfully I made a comment and the next server put a proper amount. Friendly staff, give them a chance and be vocal.
