  Restaurant was very clean. Wish I could give the service and staff 10 stars, thay were that great. I wish I could say the same about the food. Queso was runny and not much flavor. Queso with chorizo, is just chorizo, no queso, they did bring extra and we mixed it ourselves. no frozen margaritas and the drink they brought was small. The main dishes were small for the price, and again, not a lot of flavor. Over all we won't go back, unfortunately.

  Some pretty great dishes. Fajitas were sounding and tasty. Steak quesadilla read very good. Al Pastor burrito was unique with pineapple. Tres leches cake was good enough we ordered a second one!

  I've been coming to this restaurant since it was a closet in the strip mall. Initially one of the best surprises I had come across in my local redneck town. Over time it became a place where I got comfort food. Last night I had a dish there that I didn't even know was on the menu and it was amazing, house special molcajete. They had a special on the menu for this dish that included tongue. I'm a huge fan of tongue. One of the most difficult proteins to find in a restaurant. My daughter who is now 22 years old commented that she has never seen me more satisfied with a restaurant order in her life. And that's saying a lot The only issue I had in last night's visit was with the bus person. I got the distinct feeling that she wanted us out of the restaurant because she was slamming things throwing things. It was really weird and uncomfortable. I think at one time one of the other waitresses came over and redirected her to another area but then she just made more loud noise. That's why I'm dropping one star on atmosphere. The restaurant is great. Looks great, feels great. Smells great! 99% of the staff are great. But we didn't let it spoil our visit and the experience. We just laughed it off and moved on
