  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was honestly ridiculous. We were at Buffalo Wild Wings for over two hours before we got any food. Two hours. That’s not an exaggeration. On top of that, our server was basically nonexistent. We had to track down a completely different waiter just to get drink refills, which is pretty unacceptable when you’re already waiting that long for your meal. To make things worse, when we brought it up, the manager was rude and completely unprofessional. No apology, no effort to make it right—just attitude. Between the insane wait time, lack of service, and poor management, this was easily one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Definitely won’t be coming back.

  Sometimes the wings have no taste, their little burnt. The biggest thing I don't like about there is they're super slow and the one lady in the back is very arrogant and nasty. I think she's a manager you have to wait for ever.It's kind of ridiculous how long it takes.\nThey're not the only place that offers the food that they do

  Gave this place another chance, what a mistake. It has been a while since we ordered here and hoped things had changed. Ordered take out for our business. While this time there was staffing to be found at togo and our food was ready when we arrived to pick it up, we should have learned our lesson from the last time. After returning to our business and handing out food, the staff at BWW never put in the bag any of the ranch, blue cheese, or veggies that come with the wings. There was more seasoning on the bottom of the togo box then on the wings. Also, the tiny bit of seasoning that was there was only on one side of the wings. The sauces are bland and seasoning was almost tasteless. Got the desert heat, supposed to be spiciest, and it was noting. Trash restaurant, trash brand. They need to go out of business. The few times I have gone here over the years there is always issues. While the food was ready this time, the staffing needs to be trained better. There is always loud cursing from kitchen which is easily heard in the seating area/togo station. Very unprofessional. Terrible family environment. This will be the last time. Side note, employees said the burger was good and the "melt" was good.
