  All the lights were on outside and inside the restaurant the monitors were on inside. The restaurant. Looks like they had orders up on it. I take and place an order at the box which it lets me and it asked me if that was everything. What sauces the whole night then when I pull up to the window, I'm sitting and I am waiting and waiting and there's nobody there. They are closed not once at the speaker box. Did it say that they were closed? They just let you sit there in order and then sit at the box I'm not from the area so I had no idea if they were opened or not do better closure drive-through down.

  IT’S BO TIME! Our daughter is a very picky eater, and this particular Bojangles is hands-down her favorite restaurant—which says a lot. Every visit, the food is hot, fresh, and consistent. Our orders are almost always spot-on, and on the rare occasion something is slightly off, the staff handles it immediately without hesitation. As a family, we’re very selective about where we eat due to past experiences with food safety, so finding a place we can truly trust is huge. This Bojangles has become our go-to “safe spot,” and a big reason for that is the store manager. When she’s there, the whole place feels different—in the best way. She leads with kindness, confidence, and genuine care. You can see how she supports her team, coaches them, and empowers them to lead. It’s the kind of leadership that stands out and makes a lasting impression. The dining area is always clean, the kitchen appears well-maintained, and the service is quick but still relaxed and welcoming. Nothing ever feels like it’s been sitting around—everything tastes fresh and made with care. Bojangles should be incredibly proud to have a manager like her. She’s a big part of why we keep coming back.

  Traveler passing through, I was so shocked to see that this location was new; all the ones in my area are closed & so run down. The cashier was knowledgeable of the menu & very accommodating! He displayed communication with back of the house to make sure the order was right! We werent even sure of our number when it was called but they were aware of who the order belonged to. The food was hot and came out fast! Very pleasant experience, Thanks so much!

  A transplant Southern reporting, this Bojangles is consistent with amazing service since it opened. The food is always fresh and fast. The few times I have had issues with my meals they've fixed it immediately. Recently I found out that I have a wheat allergy. The manager Simone was phenomenal. She did everything to make sure the food was safe for me to enjoy.

  I was elated to see there was a Bojangles on my route on this day!! I was greeted and assisted immediately. My food came up a short time later fresh and hot. The only issue was an obnoxious manager w an attitude that kept picking w the young lady who assisted me. She was very rude. I am unsure of why she was so irritated, but it bothered me as my cashier was sweet as pie, and doing a great job running the front counter independently. I would visit this location again if in the area w hopes of a 5 Star experience.
