  Came in to pick up my order yesterday evening and upon entering, there was no acknowledgment from any of the staff. I could very visibly see a young a lady on her phone (who then began working when I came in) and another gentleman off to the side on his phone WITH his headphones in. After about 5 minutes, the young lady came from behind the counter, passed by me, exited the store and went and sat in her car. Again, never acknowledged. After another few minutes, I began trying to get the young man’s attention who was standing behind the counter on his phone with his headphones in. Still nothing. Only after yelling “hello is anyone working this evening” is when I was able to get service. It would be great to provide reminders to the staff on what customer service looks like because yesterday evening was not it.

  I ordered online. I told the app that I wanted to pickup at a future time and my order was done and ready for me when I got there. No wait at all! Also, UNLIKE, Dominoes, my order was Exactly the amount advertised, save .60 cents taxes! Dominoes always cost $3 to $4 more than advertised and when you ask why they either don’t know and blame it on the app or they say it’s because of the topping but can’t tell you which.
