Their carelessness could cause someone with a severe allergy to have an adverse reaction. I ordered two smoothies and modified them with added spinach. A simple non complicated addition, right? However, what I got was two smoothies with added ginger which completely messed up the taste of the drinks. By the time we realized the error that was made, we were already a good distance from the store as this was a to go order. Very disappointed in this location as other locations (Waldorf and both Alexandria locations) have never messed up an order and we frequent those way more. And then they have the nerve to ask for a tip at the register! Tips are for competent service. One thing going for them was that it was a clean restaurant…that day.
