When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Instead of apologizing or offering a replacement, they acted like it was my fault for complaining. I’ve been a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for years, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Burnt food and poor customer service do not make for a good dining experience. I won’t be returning to this location, and I’d recommend others think twice before doing so.
