  Best thing about the food was it was cooked Cashier seemingly didn't want to be there. Convincingly schemed me into buying something they ultimately didn't have (charged for wagyu but they "ran out" conveniently after I paid and just gave me whatever was available. Burger taste was off not sure if it was old grease or unclean cooking area/materials. Sandwich was bland, over did the mayo which I asked to do not put on (not a fan of mayo), Fries were cold soggy and too salty. OVERALL EXPERIENCE is terrible

  Had to get my order remade from a delivery and came to the restaurant and was able to have the issue rectify will satisfy this service. The food I received to make up for the mistake. Definitely will be back and appreciated the great customer service.

  You walk in and music playing louder than should be, espresso machine, especially the milk steam rod needed a deep cleaning. Staff was nice but put off, wagyu beef I doubt as I was eating I saw a random box of unlabeled beef walk through the door, carried by the manager by himself and burger had a bit to much mayo and was uber salty. Save money on the fries you give and focus on better food and customer service
