  I was honestly a bit disappointed with my visit, mostly because of the customer service. I ordered a dozen donuts and had trouble hearing one of the employees (my hearing isn’t the best), so I asked if he could speak a little louder. After that, the vibe just felt off, and the eye-rolling wasn’t really necessary. Another employee who was restocking donuts seemed kind of annoyed when I was asking about what I wanted. I get that mornings are busy, but I was just trying to place my order. I also ordered a sandwich and coffee and ended up waiting for a while, only to realize my order had already been sitting there and wasn’t called out. By the time I got it, the coffee had been sitting long enough that it wasn’t great and the sandwhich got cold. (I was sitting at a table that was near the pick up area, that is how close I was) Later on, I came back to order another dozen, but it took a few minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. I even apologized for forgetting part of my order, but the overall attitude just felt a bit off. I understand mornings can be hectic, but a little better communication would really go a long way.

  Rude workers, especially youngish male there. Go to the off base Dunkin.

  They could use more staff to speed things up a bit, but overall they are friendly and my order is always right.
