- BLBricci Lee4 days ago5.0I would like to commend the manager, Melody (I hope I have her name correct), for providing exceptional customer service. She was one of the kindest, most respectful, and helpful individuals I have ever encountered in the food service industry. She remained patient and professional throughout our interaction, even when I was frustrated. Despite managing a busy store, she took the time to assist me and made it a priority to contact my driver to resolve the situation. Her calm demeanor and dedication to helping me truly stood out, and it was greatly appreciated.

The staff have always been polite to me, which is why I don't understand the low reviews. But I guess it's to each's own. I've also shared pizza with some of my friends and they agree that it's the best PAPA JOHNS in PG.
- AAAJDec 29, 20255.0I’m a dasher with DoorDash and had an order to pick up today but I had no hot bag for the pizzas. Melanie was the one to help me today. She was by herself at the time and greeted me when I came in. She was very nice! She asked me if I had a hot bag for the pizzas and I said no. When she gave me the order, she also gave me hot bag for the pizzas….I was so thankful!! I told her thank you and how I really appreciate what she did. I just wanted to give her compliment because this really made my day 😊
