How can a store on a Sunday be out of 6 different ingredients. The process to cancel order and get refunded is insanely difficult and re routed to ai bots. Ordering ahead through the app should make it easier but really it makes it 10xs harder when issues come up. The wait time for this location is so long, and they never are stalked to make it worth going here. My husband and I will go out of our way to go to a more efficient chipotle from now on.

I placed a huge order for 45 people for my child’s birthday party and when I showed up to pick it up they had no clue about the order at all. Just a blank stare like this wasn’t a big deal and there wasn’t even a manager available to talk to. This wasn’t some last-minute order. It was planned and the order was placed almost a week prior to the event. We had a house full of guests expecting food, and Chipotle completely dropped the ball. They left us scrambling at the last minute, and it put an enormous amount of stress on what was supposed to be a fun and special day for our family. This kind of incompetence and lack of responsibility is unbelievable. If you can’t handle large catering orders, don’t offer them.
