  First time here was great, but the last several times…yikes. They turn off mobile ordering intentionally to curb business after like 8pm. They skimp you, HARD, in the portions. On top of everything else they act so miserable and have huge attitude problems. I highly recommend the QDOBA on Baltimore pike instead they don’t complain and give you what you pay for.

  I placed a mobile order around 7:20pm and it said it will be ready at 7:40pm. I arrived at that time and after waiting 20 minutes myself and other customers were informed they had no meat only barbacoa. A team member told us we would have to get a refund through the app even though the app said it could not refund mobile orders. All staff with the exception of manager on duty (Brandon?) were incredibly rude and had bad manners. Finally received my food at 8:35 (an hour later). Terrible experience.

  At 6:35pm the staff had no chicken ready and no steak and no brown rice. The soda machine was out and so was the sweet tea. When I asked if they could change the soda syrup the guy working the register said they were too busy. I don’t know how is you are if three employees are standing around and joking. Won the going back to the Forest Hill location anymore.
