  The employees were very polite and friendly, as well as respectful and patient even when busy. New management allows for very clean, fast, and efficient services always.

  Terrible management. I frequent this location at least twice a month and over the past 3 years Every time I’ve ever been in there I’ve had to yell multiple times over the counter to get an employee’s attention to come out from the back just to serve myself and other customers. It’s been as long as 5-10 min of waiting for an employee to eventually show up. Every once in a while there will be a bell on the counter to ring and it’s good for a few weeks then it’s gone again. Employee turn over rate is incredible, I’ve never seen the same employee twice. The only thing I can say positive about the place is the food is fine, but then again it’s sandwiches so...

  Terrible service. When we asked to change the bread the lady got mad at us. We also noticed that the lettuce had gone bad, and the veggie patty we ordered wasn’t cooked all the way. We asked for lettuce and didn’t get any, and we had asked for pickles on half the sandwich but got it on the whole thing. While we were watching the employees do there work it seemed as if they didn’t care and that they didn’t know what they were doing. Overall this experience was terrible and I don’t recommend going here.

  My husband ordered his food and waited ten minutes to pay for it while they were counting the register. It’s always like this at this Subway. There’s always something. Their toaster is broken now. Last time they closed up hours early which is not unlike the previous time that they had a lot of their food away and didn’t offer the whole menu despite the fact that they weren’t closing for at least an hour. The people are nice but seemingly lazy. The food is good, but you should be able to expect more.
