I immediately called the store to cancel two of them, and they told me they were out of the product I ordered anyway — so I asked them to cancel all three and issue a refund. They said they couldn’t do that and that I had to contact corporate. I’ve now called corporate at least 10 times over the course of a few weeks, and each time I’m told the refund has to come from the franchise owner. The franchise has never called me back, and I still haven’t received a refund. So, I’m out over $100, never received a single item, and no one has taken responsibility. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience — I expected much better from Dunkin’.
