This store allows local customers to enter and shop with their pets even if they aren’t service animals. There’s only so much they can do because everyone claims their dog is a service animal. But a 5lb poodle with no vest that’s sitting in the shopping cart is clearly not a service animal. I watched someone walk into the store with a large pittbull and no vest. The employees just let them walk in.
Customers put their dogs in the same shopping carts we place our food and walk around the food we buy with their stank animal. I don’t know if this is a country people thing because we’re in Essex, but I have never seen such a disgusting practice where animals are allowed inside the grocery store so often and allowed inside of the shopping cart where people place their food. This policy is not being managed. I literally see this every time I come to this store and I wouldn’t make this post if it wasn’t true. if you care about the cleanliness of your food Do not shop here. I’ve complained to corporate and the managers on duty and they pretty much say there’s nothing they can do. Going forward I’ll be taking my business to a different grocery store in the area

There is an employee on the day shift named Ariel. The young lady doesn't have a clue about customer service. I simply asked where the Little Debbie Doulnuts where? She looked at rolled her eye's and said No. Mind you she is not an new employee and is a online picker and claimed she didn't know. She didn't glance where she thought it was at. She didn't ask for help, just a frown and a NO. And instantly walked away with her order picking cart. We were in the meat section around 1010am. Darlene at check out was amazing. Customer service was superior with a warm smile. Ariel looked like she was at a funeral. Also, I asked Ariel, " You aren't new and you pick orders and do not know? She said to me " All I do is pick orders". Smh, Crazy work Working a customerservicejob is a heavy burden, but it's a voluntary burden. Get her together!

To Dwayne Michaels who saved me from embarrassment. I owe you one. It's a little thing but I'll remember it, and I'll pass along your kindness to the next person I help.
Thanks, and cheers to you.
