- BWBrenda Williams1 day ago1.0I’ve given this Dunkin location multiple chances, but my experiences have consistently been disappointing. The customer service is often rude and unwelcoming, which makes what should be a quick, pleasant stop feel frustrating instead. It’s gotten to the point where I’d rather drive further out of my way to another location just to receive better service and be treated with basic courtesy. I really hope management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, because it definitely impacts whether people come back.
