  Ordered food before 10:30 but because I made it there a little after 10:30. She refused to give me my food they already made and paid for. And admitted she threw food away and cancelled my order and lied about giving my money back. I spoke to a manager from there who was off shift after this happened and she could not believe it and Had told me to immediately contact corporate and send in information. Liers and completely unprofessional and rude. To throw my food away is just unacceptable. Also contacted a friend who was once a manager at the exact same location and she was said that if my order and money was already accepted and made they had absolutely no right to throw my food away and cancel my order. And worse part it was a manager working her shift that did this. I have never been done so poorly and treated so bad in all my years of going to mcds. This was by far the absolute worse experience. Why would u waste food and cancel someone's order and then get crappy. UPDATE- SPOKE TO CORPORATE AND NOTHING IS ACTUALLY BEING DONE TO FIX ANYTHING. JUST A EMAIL APOLOGY.... SHOWED PROOF OF EVERYTHING AND STILL NOTHING.... BEWARE CUSTOMERS ARE NOT IMPORTANT AND DO NOT MATTER AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT. MANAGERS ARE ALLOWED TO SAY AND DO WHATEVER THEY FEEL LIKE!!!!!

  If you go here and use the drive through, make sure you use the one closer to the building. Twice now I've been in the further one and they completely ignore customers in that line, even if you tell them you're there and waiting at the speaker

  I'm not even angry. I'm just depressed. I ordered two Happy Meals at 2:06pm. I received my order at 2:40pm. In this time, I could have watched the new episode of Jujutsu Kaisen. The burgers with pickles did not, in fact, have any more than one lonely pickle offset from the middle of each patty. I feel as though the mustard on the burgers was accidental, giving how little there was. It's like the bottle ran out and was making those funny fart noises while trying to squeeze out the last drops. The fries couldn't have even fed a starving child. They weren't even salted or warm. They were cold, like my soul waiting in line for bread as a citizen in 1920s communist Russia. After waiting for 34 minutes, I was expecting the grand reveal of the most beautifully cooked hamburgers of my life, but when I saw my burgers, I looked at them as disappointed as my parents look at me. I may have gotten my Happy Meals™️, but I only received melancholy and despair. In the time it took to make my two Happy Meals™️, my quarter pounder was remade twice because it got cold. Watching over ten orders be placed, made, and delivered in the time after I placed my order felt like a man dying of thirst watching another drown. At least my chocolate milks were nice and cold. This one solace allowed my blood pressure to remain nominal.

  The service here is often not the best. Mostly friendly but often messing up orders or just giving you whatever they want. Just check everything befire you go. Especially if you want sweet tea or have a big order.

  The $2.89 coffee is lukewarm with coffee grounds in the coffee, and the double cheeseburgers are barely warm. The cheese was not melted and was actually cold. Happens repeatedly there. You raise your prices and serve this kind of stuff?
