    Good morning I would like to share my experience with Dunkin in Emmitsburg ,Md. I look forward to coming to Dunkin each morning for my latte and wrap plus my husband’s order. All the employees from the person who takes my order, to the person who makes my latte, and the person preparing my food are very pleasant . Because I am a frequent customer the managers KP and Perry and some workers address me by my name which makes me feel appreciated. I would like to say a special thanks to KP(manager) who went out of his way to drive 45 min to another Dunkin and bring back coffee due to the bursting of a water pipe in Emmitsburg so that his customers would have their coffee. My husband and I were planning a big trip out of state and I ordered a number of lattes which KP was kind enough to put them in a coffee dispenser so they could be transported without spilling. I feel this type of thoughtfulness is common place at this Dunkin location. Everyone at Dunkin makes me feel I am part of the Dunkin family. Love you ALL Karen P

    When you order a medium iced coffee with less ice. They messed up and made a small so instead of putting more coffee in they filled the medium cup with all ice and barely any coffee

    I wouldn’t know how The food or the atmosphere are because the service is horrendous. I’ve been there three times, waited an extensive time for my order in line, only to get to the window and they don’t have what I ordered. Never going back here again.

    I asked for light ice in my drink, it was full of ice and i barely had any drink mind you this costed 5 dollars for a medium drink. I cannot understand a single word those people said.

    I did a mobile order for an iced coffee latte. I pulled into the Dunkin’ Donuts about 4 minutes later. I walked in and the drink was there waiting for me. The lady there was nice and said thank you as I took the drink out to my vehicle. Extremely fast service. Very happy with my order.
