    Tiff the Manager this one is for your nasty attitude! I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. I stopped in after a hike with my children, and while it was busy, we were willing to wait. A male employee acknowledged us and said we’d be helped shortly, which I appreciated. However, the interaction that followed completely changed our experience. A female employee came to the register without greeting us or acknowledging the customers waiting. When I politely mentioned that another couple had been waiting before me, she responded in a very dismissive and rude tone, saying she wasn’t talking to me. There was no attempt at customer service no greeting, no explanation, and no effort to manage the situation professionally. Her demeanor both tone and body language was unwelcoming and inappropriate, especially in a customer-facing role. I later learned that she is the manager, which was surprising and concerning. Leadership should set the standard for professionalism and customer care, and this interaction did not reflect that. Because of this experience, I chose to leave without ordering. It also served as a teaching moment for my children about not supporting businesses where customers are treated poorly. I will not be returning to this location, and I hope management addresses these concerns to improve the customer experience moving forward. Tiff needs a break from the company!

    I had an extremely disappointing and frankly unacceptable experience at the Wingstop in Ellicott City. My order was significantly incorrect—I received only 18 out of the 24 wings I paid for, was missing fries entirely, and the ranch sauces had exploded inside the bag, creating a complete mess. What made this situation worse was how it was handled. When I called the store, the general manager (who refused to give me her name) told me she would remake the missing items and provide what I had paid for. However, after I returned to the store as instructed, she reversed course and refused to provide the food altogether. Throughout the call, her tone was sarcastic and dismissive, and at no point did she acknowledge the mistake or offer even a basic apology. At the store, the situation continued to deteriorate. The employee at the counter was unprofessional and condescending, speaking to me in a way that felt belittling and dismissive in front of other customers. I was then told I would be refunded, but no clear information was given on timing, process, or whether I needed to wait—just vague statements that it was being handled “now,” which only added to the confusion and frustration. Mistakes happen—but this went far beyond a simple order issue. The lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and dismissive treatment made it feel like the situation was being handled in a deliberately unhelpful and unprofessional way. This experience reflects a serious breakdown in customer service and management standards. I strongly recommend double-checking your order before leaving, because resolving issues afterward at this location appears to be far more difficult than it should be.

    Awful experience!!!! When I entered i saw the bucket full of wings. I thought they were busy and my order would take time. NOPE I was wrong... I got my order in 5 minutes because they gave me those wings, for sure was there for long. I am from New Jersey trust me after this i can't even eat wings in new jersey because of this experience. I

    I ordered a family meal with 24 wings.... It all starts with the flavor i want is out... The cashier was acting so fast i repeated my name 4 times throughout the order in store as if she was putting it in 4 times asking me. I ordered blue cheese got ranch of course...... Didn't think they would mess up the blue cheese so Also ordered a Large Ranch before getting my order for to go. I asked when the order came did you put the large ranch he said yes its in the black container. I should have opened it there...... I get home I have the 3 dipping sauces that come with the order suppose to be blue cheese of course its ranch. I also get 2 cups of ranch..... You are telling me it cost 4.99 for 2 little cups of ranch its not 8 ounces as the large is suppose to be. Highly disappointed. I didn't think this would be a check your bag before leaving for the amount the charge you there but apparently it is I would not recommend this location. It was a major let down and quite honestly It pissed me off that i spend the amount i did on 2 side cups of ranch and the others were half to a 1/4 full of ranch not blue cheese lol. When you pass this restaurant on rt 40 keep going don't stop here. Its all about the money not the service.
