  First time I've been to Sonic in a long time! I stopped for a quick snack after 9 PM, so this may not be a typical experience. My visit was a bit of a mix. The food was very good...Buffalo chicken tender wrap, tots, and an unsweetened iced tea. All were tasty and exactly what I expected from a fast food restaurant. I did find the service a bit slow, but the day of the week and time of day probably played a big part in it. I ate in the car in the stall in which I ordered the food, so it's hard to rate the atmosphere. The property seemed clean, but it was still just a parking lot. Overall, my experience was good enough to encourage me to return in the future.

  Service was terrible waited over 20 mins for curbside and the people in the drive through got their food first ended up hopping in line also the doors were locked at 10? Do better this is insane update we are still waiting on food never again and I will be disputing this charge we been here for almost 40 mins now and have to wait for the other two drive through people in front of us to get their food first

  Honestly, every time I come to this location, something is wrong. Either my order is incorrect or I encounter poor customer service. At this point, it feels like a consistent management issue. Last night, I waited an excessive amount of time for a pickup order. When I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted. The employee handed me a drink that didn’t look like what I ordered, so I politely asked what it was. He then shut the window, walked away, came back, took the drink out of my hand without saying a word, and threw it. The entire interaction was unprofessional and honestly shocking To make matters worse, when I got home, my order was still incorrect. I paid extra for bacon on my grilled cheese, and it wasn’t included. At that point, I just had to laugh. I understand that fast-paced environments can be stressful, but this level of service is not acceptable. There seems to be a clear need for better management and customer service training at this location.

  Speed of orders and scheduling are not your strengths that’s for sure! This review is for the mgmt or ownership of this location! There was one girl working and she was buried with orders. We ordered online and waited 15 minutes from the booth for a burger and fries and cherry limeade and still nothing so we had to jump in drive thru for food. Our friends also had the same thing happen and had to jump in drive thru. Shame on you management/ownership for leaving your employee to drown in orders. This is on a Sunday afternoon during dinner shift. Schedule your people appropriately! I could have probably got a table and order at Texas Roadhouse faster.
