I don't buy bread here - the store bread always seems to have a date not too far in the future. Today, I wanted to get French bread. I went to the bakery, and the paper bags all said that it was baked fresh in the store. I pulled several loaves out of the bin, and they were frozen. They were not yet fully thawed. Not only is this deceptive, but I wonder how old this bread actually is, and where it came from. I won't buy bakery items from this store in the future.
