  My daughter is a graduate student frequently involved in study abroad. After three months overseas this last time, she arrived back in the US at dinnertime. I asked her what she had missed having to eat the most, and what she wanted. Her answer? Mimi's Kabob. She particularly likes the Saffron Chicken, but is torn every time between getting something she knows she will love and trying something new, which is also going to be great.

  We would always see this restaurant while visiting Harris Teeter and other neighboring restaurants, but my husband and I wanted to try Mimi’s because we wanted comforting food - and we got this and more! We ordered the chicken and lamb combo that came with fresh tandoor bread, salad and rice. Everything was delicious and fresh! We will definitely be coming back soon!

  My Wife & I just found this spot and will be coming here significantly more often. Food is always spectacular, very quiet atmosphere and always seems to be people coming and going. Open later too which is nice, 10/10 recommended
