  It’s my first time back at Jimmy John’s in a while. Things have changed but things also brought back memories. The whole store smelled of freshly baked bread. I walked into multiple hellos welcome in. Cashier was extremely friendly and definitely helped me choose what I wanted to eat. Manager was very helpful in explaining the different catering options for a get together I have coming up. The food was very delicious and the bread was very soft. Definitely took me back to why I started eating at Jimmy John’s. And the cherry on top was hearing free smells by the cashiers as the bread came out. I can never get enough of the free smells. I will definitely be back. Ellicott City location is one the best I’ve been too. The young lady on register definitely knows how to talk to customers and make them feel appreciated and happy to come back. Saying hello welcome and have a great day goes a long way. And she was very patient while I took my time deciding what I wanted. And the manager is definitely where she should be in charge because she explained everything clearly and nicely. Will definitely be telling people that Jimmy John’s is definitely better and the place to eat.

  Very little vegetables they use contrary to the pictures. What they do well is wrapping. No appreciation what so ever even with order of ten sandwiches. No more business here.

  Ordered two boxes of Italian and turkey subs. So disappointed in amount of meat. One slice of turkey. It was basically just bread. Won’t be back.

  Cashier was not friendly, did not even greet us when we entered. You should treat customers respectfully, instead of making them feel like an inconvenience. Sun, 1/11/26 11:00am.
