  Awful experience!!!! When I entered i saw the bucket full of wings. I thought they were busy and my order would take time. NOPE I was wrong... I got my order in 5 minutes because they gave me those wings, for sure was there for long. I am from New Jersey trust me after this i can't even eat wings in new jersey because of this experience. I

  I ordered a family meal with 24 wings.... It all starts with the flavor i want is out... The cashier was acting so fast i repeated my name 4 times throughout the order in store as if she was putting it in 4 times asking me. I ordered blue cheese got ranch of course...... Didn't think they would mess up the blue cheese so Also ordered a Large Ranch before getting my order for to go. I asked when the order came did you put the large ranch he said yes its in the black container. I should have opened it there...... I get home I have the 3 dipping sauces that come with the order suppose to be blue cheese of course its ranch. I also get 2 cups of ranch..... You are telling me it cost 4.99 for 2 little cups of ranch its not 8 ounces as the large is suppose to be. Highly disappointed. I didn't think this would be a check your bag before leaving for the amount the charge you there but apparently it is I would not recommend this location. It was a major let down and quite honestly It pissed me off that i spend the amount i did on 2 side cups of ranch and the others were half to a 1/4 full of ranch not blue cheese lol. When you pass this restaurant on rt 40 keep going don't stop here. Its all about the money not the service.

  Placed an order at 1230PM for 630PM delivery with Door Dash on Super Bowl Sunday. Apparently the store’s ticket system went down so orders did not go back to the kitchen. We called when food never arrived and were told this. So it is now 748PM, we are hangry, food is not coming and we are left to figure out how to get a refund. This is just really bad customer service.

  Place messed up my order again. This time really bad. When I called in to the manager, I was told they were out of dishes and sauces and made substitutions. Why not call/email or tell me during pickup? The manager told me that he would fix it if i came all the way back to the restaurant. Not worth my effort. Disputing the credit card transaction. Poor food and general manager is not capable of his job. Used to love this place. You lost a customer tonight.

  Wing Rip Off, more like it. They will change your order and not tell you, ever. Ordered 10 wings, half Atomic. Got 5 plain wings. Ordered 15 tenders, go 4 tenders and a handful of (1/3 the size) chicken nuggets. It is 2026, something called a telephone exists whereby you can call a customer to let them know you are out of certain items and offer a substitution. Instead, my husband picked up the food an we realized the entire order was wrong when he got home. Manager Lionel took no accountability and lacked any customer service skills or empowerment to correct it with a full refund over the phone. We are not driving back there—further inconvenienced—to get a refund. This place is a total mess.
