  Speed of orders and scheduling are not your strengths that’s for sure! This review is for the mgmt or ownership of this location! There was one girl working and she was buried with orders. We ordered online and waited 15 minutes from the booth for a burger and fries and cherry limeade and still nothing so we had to jump in drive thru for food. Our friends also had the same thing happen and had to jump in drive thru. Shame on you management/ownership for leaving your employee to drown in orders. This is on a Sunday afternoon during dinner shift. Schedule your people appropriately! I could have probably got a table and order at Texas Roadhouse faster.

  The service was a little later than expected since I did order via their app. The salted caramel bites were EXTREMELY underwhelming. Other than that, an overall slightly above average experience!

  20 minutes outside after estimated app pickup. Had to walk inside where I overheard the employee not know where spot 1 was. Food was cold subsequently. Just disappointed

  Slowwwww. Probably the slowest fast food I’ve experienced in a long time. It’s been 20 minutes and STILL no food yet. Customers that ordered drive through are receiving their food faster than we are.

  I have lived in the area for a while and have unfortunately been witness to this location's decline. It used to be great! These days, food is still pretty good but they are always understaffed. It's to the point where only the drive through is open and even that is pretty slow. The inside stays locked and they don't let you order through the screens anymore. Unfortunately I can't get my truck through the drive through. Would like to keep visiting this location but it looks like I don't have a choice in the matter. Quick shout out to the employees that man the store. Even understaffed, nearly every encounter I've had they've had a really great attitude with me and made some exceptions for me last summer so thank you very much
