    Slow!!!!! No respect for anyone’s time! I awaited for pickup for 22 minutes that said it was ready!!! The person working this evening, 1/7/26, decided to get smart with me instead of during her job and moving with urgency. As a dasher and uber delivery person it’s disrespectful to wait our time. We are on a time crunch for deliveries and miss out on Money waiting for someone to do their job!!! I pissee!

    Terrible service for mediocre food - and that's only when they actually decide to serve you. Recently pulled up into a parking spot in the afternoon and upon hitting the button and waiting like five minutes, got told "We aren't taking orders because we have too many mobile orders." Not the first this has happened to me either, and ended up making me waste 30 minutes of my day going out to the location and having to drive back with nothing. If you can't take the time to take a single order for a single drink from a person who is actually physically at your location, you're in the wrong dang business. Absolutely deplorable service. Even when you do get served, it's incredibly slow service for mid-tier food on top of the terrible service. My advice for anyone interested in going here? Don't There are better options for the same price in the same area.

    We've come to this location 3 times. Every single time there is some kind of issue. If you enjoy not getting all the food you paid for and having to go back in, this is your place. Service is very slow, your told to move from stall to stall and than go through the drive thru.

    forgot marinara for my mozz sticks, cheese for my pretzel, and 4 of the sauces i ordered :-(. also waited an extra 16 minutes for my food and it came out cold, but i don’t blame them for that because they’re probably understaffed in the mornings

    This location has been going down hill for a while. I’m officially done going to this location after a recent visit. It used to be only two stalls were broken and they are for pick up orders. After sitting in the “pick up stalls” no one would come. This visit, I parked in a stall with the screen, unfortunately ALL the screens are broken. I thought I made the staff aware by putting my stall number in the app that I arrived. After waiting great than expected, I had to go in the building. I told them I was waiting and they said “ We want people to go through the drive thru.” I asked how would I know that when the past pick ups have been car side? There is zero signage saying to do anything; wait, go inside or go to the drive thru. I then asked for a receipt and I told they don’t give receipts for online orders. This is a lie because I was offered receipts for online orders. I spoke with the manager who seemed just as confused about the whole pick up process. It’s unfortunate corporate does not care about this location. The staffing is poor, the screens are all broken, the service is slow even when placing an app order, you get stuck in the drive thru for 20 minutes. At one point, the staff was parking in the stalls because they were so short staffed, leaving only three stalls open. It’s just sad how this location has gone down hill and no one seems to care. I’ll save my funds for better service and food.
