  I am a Muslim customer who placed an online order and politely asked the manager on duty if clean toppings could be used to avoid cross-contamination with pork products. This is a very common and reasonable request that many Muslim families make, and it is something I personally accommodate for customers at my own workplace in the food industry. The manager responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating, “No, I’m not doing that for you because I don’t feel like it and I don’t need to.” His tone and attitude were disrespectful and unprofessional. This was not a complicated request — only a request for clean utensils and toppings. Instead, I was treated with hostility and disregard. I hope Papa John’s takes customer service and cultural sensitivity seriously. I am requesting that this issue be addressed with store management so that no other customer is treated this way.

  Ordered for delivery. They passed the delivery off to DoorDash. The DoorDash driver picked up our order, then went to another restaurant to wait for somebody else’s order. They then dropped off the other person‘s order then our order. Our pizza is cold, not warm, cold. There are options that you’re given through DoorDash for immediate delivery or not. The fact that you think it’s OK to deliver cold pizza is unacceptable. We will not be ordering from here again.

  Pizza was good, but was cold upon delivery. This store may want to rethink using Door Dash to keep delivery quality more within their control.

  I haven’t had Papa John’s in 10 or more years. I drove here and placed an order in person. Great customer service. Food took less than 15 minutes. When I got home everything was hot and tasty. No complaints at all. Really liked the stuff crust. I’ll be back again sometime.
