  Came in for lunch and everything that matters was excellent. The food was delicious and the signature drinks were really good. Our waitress Melissa was nice and attentive. I recommend the Kookaburra Wings. They're special. One of a kind recipe. Prices were fair as well.

  As a military veteran I just have to say your Veterans Day event was a complete disaster walked in and didn’t know I had to call ahead of time for a reservation had I know I would have called. Next thing 90 minutes to wait for someone that defended this country I have to say Really?? Veterans Day is not a day to treat America’s finest like any other customer the experience should have been world class. Then my steak was over cooked which I didn’t send back because it was already late at night not to mention waiting 90 minutes before hand plus the backlog of food orders. The waiter I had didn’t have his stuff together and was all over the place. I don’t know at this point if I am coming back even if it’s to dine in regularly I hope other Veterans and service members see this because they should have did way more than what was done especially for America’s Finest.

  How about you ban people from sitting in the bar area talking on speaker phone for 30 min straight. The 13% ruin the dining experience for everyone around them and you do nothing about it. Won't be coming back if you continue to let them run wild with zero consequences. They have zero social couth and always ruin it for everyone else.

  The star of the show was, without a doubt, the Porterhouse Steak. I ordered it medium, and I was so impressed that it was cooked to absolute perfection and stayed hot! The outer crust had a beautiful, flavorful sear, locking in all the juices. It was incredibly tender, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of coarse salt and pepper, and so juicy! Beyond the main course, the food was excellent across the board. The famous freshly baked bread was warm and included, as always. The side dishes were fresh and generous, and I especially loved the baked potato. The carry-out service was flawless. The online ordering process was easy, the staff was efficient during pickup, and the packaging was impeccable. Everything arrived hot, organized, and the order was 100% accurate, which is essential for a take-out steak dinner. If you're looking for an amazing, high-quality meal to enjoy at home, you must try Outback's take-out, and you definitely need to order the Porterhouse. Five stars all the way!

  I ordered through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed. My steak was flavorless and came out rare even though I specifically requested medium well. I wasted my money on food that was just gross. I spoke with Thomas last night and asked for four horseradish sauces to be included in the bag, yet none were provided—not even basic utensils like a fork or knife. We ordered two steaks, and both were poorly prepared. The salad tasted like old lettuce, and the fries were way too salty. This level of carelessness is exactly why so many franchises are struggling and closing down. The people being hired to cook clearly don’t care about the quality or customer experience. I won’t be returning—LongHorn Steakhouse and Texas Roadhouse will continue to get my business instead.
