We have never had a bad experience at Outback. Food is always fantastic whether you're trying something new or sticking with an old favorite, dining out or ordering in always a good meal. And add in good company it's a win-win.

We ordered "takeout" so I can't speak to the atmosphere inside the restaurant. However, the young lady who brought the food to my car was very polite with an upbeat attitude.
We had to reheat the food a little before eating but it's not Outback's fault that we live 20+ minutes away so I won't mark off for that either. Having said that, everything tasted great & we all enjoyed it.

Here I am writing about my local Outback. Not only do I frequent the Drive-Up for small sides, but we occasionally have dinner at the bar. Why not right…it’s not but a few miles from home! Welp, no more Outback for us. After pulling up to the Drive-Up some weeks back to pick up my usual sides and tipping the hostess that brought out my meal, the Manager came to my passenger car window and accused me of cursing her out. Way perplexed, I said I just tipped her. Too scared to correct her manager for the right patron in the Drive-Up line who wasn't happy with their service, he immediately assumed it was me. I drove away with my order quite pissed. But today, I called for the usual sides and was told that “Outback cannot serve me because I cursed someone out” and told me it’s there in the notes on their screen. Ok Outback, not only did you falsely accuse me; but now you’re refusing to serve me. Duly noted and for all to see. I can certainly eat at Carraba’s just 30 feet away!
PS No need to respond for public facing Outback, you’ve got some other negative reviews under your belt!
