- NSnoorah siddiquiNov 15, 20252.0Cashier gave me my order 30 minutes late because she was too busy flirting with other male customers. my order wasn’t ready upon entering which was fine because i ordered online and the store started to get busy a little while after i entered but the Young Indian lady (chubby, short, speaks Urdu, and big round glasses) never told me my order was ready (30 mins after the estimated finish time online mind you) when she knew i was there bc “she didn’t know if it was me”. instead was flirting with multiple of the male customers in the store she could’ve asked. after showing my dissatisfaction on my face she said “oh but it just came out”…. she was clearly lying. at least take responsibility.

Several other parties (who ordered much later than us) got their food sooner than we did. We had to ask twice what was taking so long, and all we got were apologies, and an extra order of fries. This will be our last visit here. I don’t know what we did to deserve being treated so poorly. Also, climate was chilly.

It's awful, I gave so many chances, me and my husband, we always buy it, and regret it, we thought that maybe because they just opened, and give a month or two break before buying again, never improved. I believe this was our last try definitely, it doesn't taste good, it's always overcooked to almost burned and dry, and this last time I could taste perfume ??? Yeah, like someone that wears a floral perfume handled the chicken.. 😵💫🤮
