I've had 4-5 run-ins with AMs over a two-year period. Each time, the issue was a mistake the store had made on the pricing of a product. Once, after I waited at the customer service counter for the AM to check on my story about mislabeled shelf tags, she came back and said the shelf label should have been changed two days ago because the sale had ended. Then she said, "but I'll give you the credit THIS time," implying I was getting away with something that won't work next time. No apology for the inconvenience. The other 3-4 run-ins were about the same: acknowledging the store was wrong but always in a way that made me feel it was actually me that was causing problems. (I won't bore you with the details, but if the manager or corporate wants to know, they can respond to this review and leave the best contact method.) I've shopped here for 30+ years, but mostly because it's so close to my house and because most of the cashiers are friendly and professional. It's mostly just the middle-level employees who don't seem to know how to treat people.
