Both times I ended up at customer service because I had gift cards to purchase. No " hello", " how are you", have a nice day"; just stone cold plain face with no smile. The only employee that smiled was your security guard. Kudos to him. Shame on the rest of the front line workers. I have been that person for over 30 years, and you always smile and say hello.
