My order was completely wrong, so I called the store — and I had to call 10 times. Each time, the person on the phone put me on hold and then cut the call, over and over again. I don’t know if he’s the owner or not, but if the owner is reading this, you seriously need to do something. His attitude is driving customers away from your business. After waiting over an hour, dealing with constant hang-ups, and getting the wrong order, this is honestly the type of service that can put a place out of business.
