- RARakesh AFeb 26, 20262.0I visited this Chipotle location on Waterloo Road today. I’ve been coming here for a while, but this visit felt different. First, the protein portion was noticeably smaller compared to what I’ve consistently received over the past few months. I understand portion control is important, but the serving today seemed significantly reduced. Additionally, a few hours after eating, I experienced loose stools. I can’t say with certainty that it was directly caused by the food, but the timing was close enough to make me question the food handling or freshness. I hope management looks into consistency in portion sizes and food quality. I’ve generally had good experiences here and would like to continue coming back, but today was disappointing.

And before anyone thinks I ordered and showed up at the same time - I ordered at 4:45pm for a 5:20pm pick up time. Ordered wasn’t ready and I had to wait another 30 minutes after that. Meanwhile, I watched them help about 20 customers. Hopefully this place will get better.
