Asked the staff if they could make more steak since they were down on steak and the staff didn't seem too enthusiastic about having to make more steak. I even heard the employee say “there’s steak already in there”. So they’re not too welcoming already. Waited for the steak to be prepared and after about 15mins it was done. Then while preparing my bowl staff members were giving me “stank” faces or unhappy looks. I’m sorry that Im on a high protein diet and that I came in and asked for triple streak. I mean that is an option, I’m paying for it and this is a Chipotle after all but ok. Then while receiving my bowls the cashier also gives me the stank face like I was doing too much with the order I just made. I love Chipotle, it’s my favorite fast food restaurant, but staff members like this really ruin the experience for me all together.

So California Tortilla here I come.

They refused to give guac and pico because they didnt want to refill it and joked about that to one another. The cashier fought with a customer because she didnt want to scan the code for the discount and the customer didnt understand why. Not sure if these workers are being held by gunpoint but the lack of sanitation and customer service were crazy. Go to a different location if u dont want to pay full price for just rice and beans. Not worth a chipotle meal
