I then approached the main pick-up window to clarify, but instead of assisting me, she responded with a dismissive and rude tone, showing a clear lack of courtesy and professionalism. Then another staff male member approached and told me that they can’t take the order. Highly unprofessional and discourteous behavior. The management must look into it. Thanks.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
