- ELEsther Liu1 day ago1.0Workers were cherry picking people from the line and not taking orders in order of wait. There was 2 cashiers but alternated from only 1 line to 2 lines. They got our order wrong and argued with us even after we showed the receipt. When we stated that we had been waiting longer than some of the other customers, they rolled their eyes and ignored us. There was one kind employee who helped us after I advocated for my family. (Petite with dark hair in a long braid) We love Einstein bagels and have been to many different locations but we will not visit this location again.
