  Pizza is good, but this location can get super busy and parking isn't always plentiful

  I placed an online order for 6 large pizzas under a deal advertised at $9.99 each with 3 toppings. However, when I tried to pay with my credit card, the online system was not working. I called the store, and the staff told me I could come in and place the order in person. When I arrived, I showed them my cart with the selected deal and toppings. The staff member entered my order into the system but did not inform me that the deal would change. Later, I was charged $12.99 per pizza, and the offer was reduced to only 1 topping instead of 3. This was never explained to me beforehand. When I received my order, I found multiple issues: Four pizzas were missing the third topping I had selected One pizza had no sauce at all Overall, 5 out of 6 pizzas were incorrect I brought this to the manager’s attention, but she said the deal changed because I placed the order in-store, even though I was instructed to come due to their system not working. She refused to replace the incorrect pizzas and spoke to me in an unprofessional manner.

  I placed my order about an hour and a half ago. The app shows 'done,' but at the store, I didn't even see my order go into the oven. The lady at the counter seems like a manager and is very rude, not even listening to the customer. Very worst experience every time we go here. Last time, they didn't give us plates or even paper napkins. Six months ago, I placed an order and canceled it immediately; they said they would refund my money, but it did not come into my account, and I have not received any refund request email. Highly NOT recommending this store.

  Staff was extremely rude and made inappropriate comments to me regarding my order when I picked up my food. Horrible service.

  Everytime I get a pizza, it is not even fully cooked in the middle. We get medium pan pizza well done to try to hope it might actually be fully cooked but it is not. Last time we got pizza, my husband told the guy it wasn’t fully cooked and the guy at the store said he couldn’t put it back in. We’ve bought a lot of them and given plenty of tries but it is super frustrating when I have to come home and recook the pizza we ordered. This is what we got last time we ordered a well done pan pizza uncut.
