- AMamaar mohammedApr 3, 20261.0I love chipotle it’s my favorite restaurant but this one is horrible I rather drive 10 minutes to another chipotle the people who work there barely know English and don’t listen I ask for more white rice they don’t care they just ignore me and if they do listen the scoop up rice the put back half of it back never gives full scoop and don’t care about the customer and during busy hours you will the littlest amount of food you ever gotten in your lifetime fe half of the bowl is just air fire the workers give full scoops and don’t be slow and listen to customers then I might come back again.

Wouldn't give a time when they have the peppers and meat. Know one knew anything and no smiles. Worst visit I ever had at a chipotle. My friend still ordered his food but returned it after he saw how I was treated.

They do not open until 10:45, but they had everything boxed and ready to go on time! The manager that was in that day was kind and went over the order to ensure we had everything. The boxes they use for catering are very convenient for loading and unloading. The staff was super and helped me load my vehicle with the 15 boxes of food! We will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you to the staff of Ellicott City for helping to make our lunch a success :)
