  This is the third time I’ve gotten an order that is wrong. I literally as for nothing on my burger except mustard and ketchup but it’s always something that’s wrong on it

  Trash trash trash!! This is my 2nd time getting food from here and it was trash again! I ordered 4 junior bacon cheeseburgers and they didn’t put any bacon, tomato, or onion! Whoever manages this place is doing a terrible job.

  This is one of the better Wendy's in the area. The staff is very friendly. Food came out hot and fresh

  I usually don’t post reviews but this is the 2nd time my order has gotten messed up in about 3 week. I ordered a potato with chili and shredded cheese with butter. When my order was delivered I got a baked potato that was overcooked and hard, cheese sauce instead of shredded cheese and no butter and no fork to eat it with. There was so much cheese sauce that it overpowered the chili and you could not even taste the chili. Even if I had butter to put on the potato it was so overcooked that the butter would not have mixed in the potato. I love Wendy’s but lately the quality of the food is much to be desired and not to mention poor customer service. I understand it’s fast food and at times the store is busy but when you don’t take the second or two to insure that your customers orders are correct and the quality of the food is to the standard that the restaurant is suppose to provide then that’s when you start to lose business. Speed should never take the place of quality. I would rather wait a few seconds or moments longer and receive a quality meal that is worth the cost of what it sells for than to get it in a rushed manner and you can’t even eat it or enjoy it. It then becomes a waste of money and time both on the customer as well as the restaurant.
